30 Days No Reason Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product is still in brand new condition, we can arrange the refund, which will cover the price of the item minus the shipping fees and some handling fee. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.
1. Make sure your product qualifies for a return
The product you are returning must meet the following criteria to qualify:
- The product and all of its original packaging are in complete and like-new condition.
- Everything that came with the product needs to be included within the original packaging. This includes manuals, power cables, and shipping components.
- Orders that were price-matched against a final sale promotion are not eligible for return.
- Open-box items and Price-matched items are not eligible for return.
- Sale or discounted items are eligible for return once confirmed and agreed with the Voonaudio service team.
- Special order items are eligible for return once confirmed and agreed with the Voonaudio service team.
* These items are still covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
2. Request a return
Simply reach out to the Voonaudio Support Team to service@voonaudio.com, or you can go to “Contact Us” to fill out the form. And we will be happy to walk you through the process.
- Once we agree to the return request, you have 7 business days to drop off your return at any courier you select. If your return has not been dropped off at the courier within 7 days and no tracking number is sent to us, an additional 20% restocking fee will apply. If your return has not been dropped off at the courier within 30 days and no tracking number is sent to us, your return will no longer be accepted.
- Return requests made between 15 and 30 days after the order is marked as delivered will be subject to a 10% Processing Fee.
PLEASE NOTE:
To ensure that you receive prompt after-sale service and can return your product efficiently, we strongly suggest visiting a local brand store for support at Voonaudio's expense. Sending the product back for inspection and processing can take a long time. Voonaudio does not recommend to do the return without any feedback to Voonaudio after-sale service team.

4. Refund
After the return shipment is delivered to our facility, it will take several days for the shipment to be inspected and processed by our colleagues in the Returns Team.
- Voonaudio can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
- We will process the refund to the payment method as we confirm once your item has been received and inspected by our team. The inspection process can take up to 2-7 business days.
- - For credit card refunds, please allow between 1-7 business days for the transaction to process.
- - For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 48 hours for the transaction to appear in your account.
- We will follow up with you by email once the refund is processed. Depending on the payment method, it could take up to 72 hours for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
When processing the refund, it might occur certain processing fee. Kindly noted that any processing fees are not charged by Voonaudio.
5. Limitations
- For us to continue to offer our 30-day return policy to everyone, we are only able to grant a maximum of 3 return requests within a 24-month period.
- Unless defective on arrival, products sold as [Sale or Discounted Items] or [Special Order] might be able to return maximum 1 time once confirmed and agreed with the Voonaudio service team.
- Products with accidental damage are not eligible for return.
- Voonaudio reserves the right to charge an additional Processing Fee or reject the return if it arrives with critical components missing and/or in a condition beyond normal wear and tear.
- If the returned item is part of a bundle, the remaining items that are not part of the return will be charged at their full retail value.
6. Order Cancellations
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, you will wait till it arrives in your hand. For order cancellation, you will need to bear any processing fees.
